I bought these on a visit to the UK from Australia. Instead of wearing a beanie and gloves, I just carried these in my jacket pockets. They last longer than 8 hours, since you can turn them off and on as you need them.
I liked them so much I bought a set for a friend in the UK. He is African and works on a farm. He has found these to be amazing.
