Shipping & Delivery

Yes! All orders above just £10 enjoy free UK delivery. Orders below £10 have a low shipping fee of just £3.

We aim to ship all orders within one working day. If you place an order before 12pm, we will dispatch it on the same day (Monday to Friday).

Standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class postage with up to 2 days delivery.

Orders above £25 will be shipped via Parcelforce using 24-hour delivery.

Refunds & Returns

If you would like a refund by returning an item purchased in a store, you need to return it to the store you purchased it from together with the receipt.

Warranty

GadJet products are elligible for a lifetime warranty by registering your product here.

Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents. It also does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue you are experiencing.

If your product is no longer available for replacement, we will provide you with a product of equal or greater value.
